These Terms of Service apply to the transportation of footwear products delivered by QORTEX TRADING CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as "we") to all consumer and business customers (hereinafter referred to as "you") within the European Union/European Economic Area (EEA). These terms clarify core aspects such as delivery time, transit period, freight rules, risk transfer, and handling of exceptions, and have the same legal effect as your order contract. By placing an order through our official website (qortexco.com), email (office@qortexco.com), or other channels, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Delivery and Transportation Time
(I) Delivery Time
We will initiate the order processing process after receiving full payment from you. Under normal circumstances, the delivery time is 5-7 calendar days (excluding weekends and EU public holidays).
Delivery Notification: After your order is shipped, we will send a delivery notification via your registered email address or SMS, containing the tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this link to track the real-time status of your shipment.
(II) Transit Time
Depending on your EU member state and the chosen mode of transport, the transit time is 15-30 calendar days (calculated from the date of shipment, excluding processing time, weekends, and public holidays). Specific details are as follows:
Core EU Countries
Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, etc.: 15-20 calendar days
Remote EU Regions
Northern Finland, Greek islands, Estonia, Latvia, etc.: 20-30 calendar days
Force Majeure
In the event of delays due to force majeure events such as extreme weather, logistics strikes, customs inspections, or pandemic control measures, we will promptly notify you via email, and the transit time will be extended accordingly. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such delays.
Mode of Transport and Freight Rules
(I) Mode of Transport
We default to partnering with well-known logistics service providers within the EU (e.g., DHL, UPS, GLS, etc.) to provide you with standardized transportation services. If you require expedited shipping, specify a logistics provider, or request special delivery (such as door-to-door pickup or scheduled delivery), please contact us via email (office@qortexco.com) when placing your order. We will provide a customized shipping solution and additional cost quote based on your needs, and arrangements will be made after confirmation.
(II) Shipping Standards
Standard Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location within the EU member state, the weight and volume of the ordered goods, and will be automatically displayed at checkout. You will pay this amount along with your order payment.
Free Shipping Policy
If your order amount reaches our set threshold for free shipping within the EU (the specific amount is subject to real-time updates on our website), you will enjoy free standard shipping service.
Additional Shipping Costs
If a return or exchange is required due to our responsibility, such as product quality issues or incorrect shipment, we will bear the shipping costs for the returned goods and reshipped goods. Additional shipping costs incurred due to your personal reasons (such as unjustified returns or changes in delivery address) will be borne by you.
Receipt and Risk Transfer
(I) Confirmation of Receipt Information
Please accurately fill in your EU delivery address, contact person, and contact telephone number when placing your order. If the goods cannot be delivered, are delayed, or are lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you, you will bear the related responsibility and losses. If you need to change the delivery address, you must inform us by email before the goods are shipped. We will make every effort to coordinate with the logistics service provider to make the changes. If any address change fees have been incurred, you will be responsible for them.
(II) Risk Transfer and Signing Requirements
According to EU laws regarding the sale of goods, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you from the date you or your authorized recipient sign for the goods. If you refuse to sign for the goods without a justifiable reason or fail to collect them in a timely manner, resulting in the goods being returned, the risk transfers from the date the logistics service provider's first delivery failure.
Important Notes on Signing for Delivery:
Upon signing for the goods, please check their appearance, quantity, and packaging for damage. If any damage, shortage, or severe packaging is found, please take photos immediately as evidence and contact us at office@qortexco.com within 24 hours of signing. Simultaneously, contact the logistics service provider to obtain a damage certificate. We will assist you with claims or replacements. If you sign for the goods without checking them on the spot, and subsequently raise issues regarding damage or shortage without providing valid evidence, we will be unable to provide a solution.
Customs and Tax Information
All footwear products we sell have completed relevant compliant declarations within the EU. When goods are shipped to EU member states, if it is intra-EU trade (no cross-border tariffs), some member states may levy Value Added Tax (VAT) according to local regulations. This tax is already included in your order payment and you do not need to pay it separately. If your region has special local taxes, you will need to declare and pay them to your local tax authorities.
If your goods are detained or you are fined due to inaccurate declaration information or failure to cooperate with customs inspection in a timely manner, you will bear all related responsibilities and costs. We can provide necessary assistance (such as supplementing product compliance certificates).
Handling of Abnormal Transportation
(I) Delayed Goods
If your goods have not been delivered within the agreed maximum period (30 calendar days), you can contact us at office@qortexco.com. We will immediately verify the situation with the logistics service provider and provide you with the following solutions:
(II) Lost or Damaged Goods
If the logistics service provider confirms that the goods are lost or severely damaged and unusable due to transportation, we will handle the following within 7 business days after verification:

These terms and conditions are effective from the date of publication. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions based on updates to EU logistics regulations, adjustments to the policies of our partner logistics providers, etc. Any significant changes will be communicated to you through our official website and email notifications (for customers who have already placed orders). The revised terms and conditions will apply to new orders from the date of publication.
Note: Matters not covered in these terms and conditions shall strictly comply with the EU Carriage of Goods Act and the relevant logistics regulations of your member state.
